OTC meds for shooting ropes

At my age I keep getting ads for natural OTC meds claiming the pills can fill up a guy's sack up to the top like the glory days, and recreate Niagara Falls.
Anyone take these meds and can vouch for them, or is it just snake oil?

man i'm 53 and still banging like crazy, some light test therapy etc and lots of gym. disclaimer: no ropes here. the less of that shite i shoot the better. the orgasms are still intense if not better, the amount of seed dont' matter baw unless you trying to paint his wife white.

A few things will affect that.
Pelvic floor could be tight which is very common for guys, especially if you sit all day. I did therapy for it which included breathing exercises and yoga poses that open up those muscles. Makes a big difference
Also going a lot time between blowing loads and edging will produce more.
I take 5mg of Cialis daily from my doctor. It helps with prostate health and also keeps blood flowing through the penis and the whole area. Its great and no side effects. Every male should be on it. You'll get a bigger load with it.
