They put it all the way out there so it would be a discreet location.
Nothing out there but farm land.

Again, it’s not for everyone like many things couples do together, but at the end of the day it’s just a hobby. There’s no reason to disrespect anyone or be scared of sexual activities. No one is forcing anyone to do anything they don’t want to.

That's not the correct tract, but a good view of the site in general. They purchased a 4ac tract at the intersection at the left of the picture. Approx 260' along Hwy365 x 665' along Gumpoint. I'd being going apeshit if I lived across the street on Gumpoint in those oaks. Maybe those people will enjoy the lifestyle establishment??

Looks like they're about to open another club in Breaux Bridge too.
Not much info on it, yet.

Also, here's their next event if anyone is interested.

Yeah, it's just like Book Club or Game Night or whatever, except with STD's, unplanned pregnancies and paternity tests.

Also, are most swingers ex-Army and Dependopotamuses, or is that just a negative stereotype? I mean, it kind of fits with the whole Jeep thing.

There’s people from all walks of life, yeah there’s some shite heads, but there’s also a bunch of good people that are involved. Again, I haven’t been involved in a decade or so, but that was my experiences.

If I were a betting man, I'd bet on the local government screwing this up.

I thought this was funny:

We’ve got solar panels moving into our agricultural land and now we have a sex club popping up in the community and it’s just not the direction that I think the community should be headed in

Solar panels and sex clubs. Oh, the horror.

That’s the reason people move out to the country to get away and have peace and quiet. Not for the eye sore of solar panels and sex freaks polluting the quiet area they live in. Keep that crap in the cities

Ive been in the scene and its a shite show.

Pretty much all the stereotypes are true. The aggressive, active females are usually unattractive, the attractive ones are more hostesses than participants.

Mostly older people who are together for convenience, the divorce rate. is high as people find better "partners."

I did it between marriages with a swing partner, she was married just not to me. Dudes dont really swing with women they really care about.

I agree but there has to be limits that protect other property owners and the community. Planning and zoning exist for a reason. Would you want a section 8 housing complex built next to your home?
