Yes. Also they yell about not wanting it near their kids (i get that) but yet their 10 year old has an unrestricted iphone with full internet and social media access.
I would be pissed if it was going up right near my house though. You would think something of this nature would be better camouflaged in a big city.

if you that interested, i'm sure you can figure it out yourself...
i don't know all the specifics, and i'm not in the lifestyle, but i know a few people who are, and they talk things from time to time, so i just know what i know from that... lol...
they also say that most of these places aren't really all that exciting and it's a lot more hype than anything.. the places are mainly just a meeting spot for like minded people/couples, etc.. sex happens, but it's much more the exception than the rule...

pretty sure that it's the same owner/operator of the Risque Lifestyle thing that does the hotel takeover parties in BR... and yeah, he's basically what every dude at these things looks like....

I stayed there back in the day without knowing they had a club inside the lobby. That was about the most happening hotel bar I've ever seen.
Not a lot of attractive people, but they appeared to be having fun.
