OSHA is secretly like thank god. We don't have the resources to do that

Here's hoping the Sixth Circuit doesn't destroy our nation by reversing the Fifth Circuit's stay.

The suspension is only temporary while the case is in the courts. They don't have a choice with the 5th circuit ruling. Now that the 7th circuit has it, we might have some ruling by Friday, at least on the 5th circuit stay.

The 6th Circuit has the case

Good. Biden should be impeached for even trying such a blatantly unconstitutional and tyrannical stunt.

What's funny though is the same ones who screamed for four years that President Trump was trying to be a tyrant are the same ones supporting an actual tyrannical move by Biden.

OSHA doesn't have the authority to enforce medical treatments, soooooooooooo

OSHA can not legitimately "suspend" forced medical treatments.

IF forced medical treatments were legally enforceable.

It's all just smoke and mirrors at this point.

Just do not comply.

About time! They need to reel back on the overreach and let us live our lives as we see fit!

Is this a new statement today or has it been out since the 5th circuit ruling on the 12th?

Not sure the distinction is significant, but I feel like it is. Or I want it to be I guess.
