Oregon State Police pulling out of Portland due to lack of prosecutions

On Weds, Portland's DA dropped charges against hundreds who had been arrested, many for felonies, because they have a "right to speak."

Weds night a trooper suffered a concussion after being hit by a rock while wearing a riot helmet.
Thursday the State Police announced they're done.

One of two things will happen.
1. Feds show up and all further charges go through federal court to bypass the dumbass DA
2. Portland burns to the ground

This is why the Border Patrol is back in town. Hoping they start charging people federally. That will bring things to an end quickly.

If I were Trump , I would pull all Fed LEO and let it burn. I would point at the Dem leadership and tell them to control the mayor/DA. When they refused, I would make a speech to the country Pres RR style With slides of the damage and quotes from the Dem leaders and tell America that we have a choice to make that will define our future Chaos v Growth for all Americans.

Nah, his plan for protecting federal property has actually worked out well for him. He's probably going to do it again and, with this latest turn of events, it will likely play out for him even better.

How is it legal for a DA to not prosecute people for criminal activity? Seems like that is criminal in itself. Malfeasance in office?
