Saw article today that Louisiana students did so bad last year across the board they want to eliminate grades for them as well so no one can tell how bad they are doing at educating these kids.

Why don't we ACTUALLY TEACH the kids reading and math, so they ALL can be proficient, rather than just eliminating testing?

"Don't test well"? Meaning they are dummys? With the world evolving into an IT driven world, this means in 5-6-7 yrs, minorities will still be performing blue collar jobs, or those not done by robots.
