Didn't she make a glowing video letting her fans know that none of her properties were affected?

You know what color a DEW doesn’t burn?
Blue.
You know what color Oprah’s roof was ?

I find it hard to believe that someone in their 70's (??) would say "hmm, maybe starting a fire that would destroy property and lives would help build my already huge empire".

The answer is probably far simpler than they want to believe.
It's likely that she actually pays for proper maintenance of her properties and that helped to protect her land from the fire.
ETA: She also likely advocates for "green" policies that woke governments follow and that then contribute to massive fires like this because brush isn't cleared.

This was a huge frick up at all levels of government. So yeah, they are going to try their best to make people forget it happened.

Even more horrifically, many of those impacted were children who were sent home early from school whose parents were still at work or unable to get them.

Think for yourselves sheep. Just because someone says something on tiktok doesn't mean it is true, even if it does make your conspiracy look more believable.
Lahaina School Calender
Students first day wasn't scheduled until August 9th. The wildfires happened on the 8th.
Quit spreading lies you read on tiktok without checking them for accuracy

What a coincidence none of her properties were affected

But man, look at Lahaina in West Maui. That's some PRIME real estate right there and those people have been openly defiant about selling their properties for decades. The natives consider sacred in a historical way.
All of her property is secluded, West Maui and particularly the Lahania area is not. If you get past the absurdity of Oprah orchestrating a fire and all of the effort to make it look like downed powerlines in a big windstorm. You then have to believe she is going to want property down the road from the biggest resorts on the island.

Maybe, but it has been widely reported that many kids were home from school alone because power had been cut to multiple schools. That isn't from TikTok, it is directly from officials and reported by the likes of CNN and USA Today. That bit of info is problematic itself, given that one big blame on the local government and power companies was that they didn't cut power.

Hagar also has a home, not just a bar in North Maui.
Holy shite I just looked it up. 10 acres on top of a cliff. The house is modest but the property is incredible. It was up for sale a few years ago, but never sold.

quote:When they released the names last week it was about five hundred. Already a bunch of people have told authorities that their name is on the list. If it is like the Camp fires then most will be found.
Don’t know how it started, but are there still over 1,000 missing? Not hearing much about this anymore.
ETA: the new missing number to come out later today looks to be about 50. The death toll is at 115, not sure if that could be updated.

Is the conspiracy about the blue roofs on celebrity homes that are laser repellents?

Teachers had already reported back to school to prepare for it starting. That doesnt mean kids were sent home from school on busses that mysteriously disappeared as this rumor claims.
