Only JBE can deliver ‘good’ news yet cover it in shite before it even goes into effect

LA is so good that we deserve 21 days of phase one (minimum) without even considering the data.
His reasoning was that we need 14 full days of data to evaluate. So why automatically jump to 21 days? Why not 15 or 16 days?
This mother fricker is drunk with power. He even had the nerve to try and spin it as if LA has actually loosened things more quickly than our neighbors, even though we clearly did not. The mental gymnastics are astounding.

Because he realizes that with Louisiana, it'll take them 3-4 days to compile 14 days worth of data and then 2-4 days to analyze it?
So I'm guessing he's hedging his bets on how efficient the data collection and analysis will be by the state departments involved.

He’s been giving about a weeks notice on changes it seems.
Not sure the right play there, but gives people a little notice to adjust as needed to new requirements and plan accordingly.... at the expense of an extra week under tighter controls
