If I have to eat fast food - most places have surprisingly decent grilled chicken sandwiches. Its been a good change that wasn't as difficult as it sounds.

One place that does not is Wendy's.

I stopped eating commercial chicken and turkey about 20 years ago. I still love WildTurkey (both the game bird and the liquor) but after being in a commercial chicken house I stopped eating it. Now I only eat fresh chickens from Julio who lives the next street over and raises them his yard and slaughters for me.

delivered a forklift to a chicken plant years ago. Took me a while to drink that memory out of existence

I've seen great results in weight loss with only eating meat, two meals a day, at least four days a week. Also, no alcohol and moderate exercise.

French fries are fricking delicious, though. Not that baked shite, either. Fried.

Not being contrarian here, but I've actually gotten completely bored of french fries. I'd much rather have some roasted red potatoes with olive oil and a nice seasoning these days.

I will say when I make french fries at home in the deep fryer, be it crinkle cut, steak fries or whatever, they're always better at home vs fast food places.

My grandmother did this with catfish and lived well into her 90's

unless you have some solid muscle mass, 195 at 6'0 is definitely still fat and there's no way you'd look "anorexic" at 170

Fat acceptance is not a landwhale on the cover of Cosmopolitan. Rather, fat acceptance is the acceptance of overweight/obese body types as "normal" by the mainstream.

This is a perfect example. A 6'0, 200 lb dude, who is clinically overweight, thinking he'd look "anorexic" if he was 170 lbs.

6'0 190 is barely overweight by BMI standards. So i think yall are giving him a hard time here.

That is like skinny fat with no muscle mass or decently shape if you lift

your second point is true. You won't look anorexic at 170, just a cute twink.

Growing up in my teenage years I thought fried food was the best. And then I discovered seasoning and how to properly grill

I rarely eat it now outside of French fries as a side to burgers and occasionally some fried catfish with hushpuppies

Yeah. BMI would say 183 is top for 6 foot.
