When a woman tells a man she wants to be treated as an "equal". She doesn't realize the implication is that she's going to be treated the way a man treats another man. In a man's world, that's the definition of equality.

Well if for instance, you spoke to a woman on the job the way you would speak to a man. She'd be on her frickin' knees crying like a sniveling child because you hurt her feelings. Then she's off to HR.
