After the fact here, I agree! Hahaha (not really..shooting in the leg argument shows someones lack of knowledge on many levels).
This guy needed the OC sauce AND tasers then tackled by 3-4 cops but appears the cop didnt have the time so he acted.
Was he apprehended?
