I’m assuming they are trying to gather enough evidence to see if they can hit him with murder charges instead of just manslaughter.

yeah because they all have real jobs during the week

Good call but I'm kind of surprised the DA didn't punt this to a grand jury.
Posted on 5/29/20 at 12:37 pm to Indfanfromcol
it's either going to be murder 2 or murder 3......just charge him with murder 2 and then go from there.

I guess someone started questioning why the 100% democrat state and city officials haven't taken action against Chauvin. You can't blame right wing whitey if all of those in a position to do something are democrats.
Congrats. It only took them several days.

Perhaps, but I doubt it'd have been as bad as it has been the last couple nights
Maybe. Maybe not. But I'm almost 100% sure that ANTIFA is behind most of this shite, so I feel like the riots would have been bad regardless.

Finally. Probably could’ve avoided a hell of a lot of shite if they would’ve reacted quicker

It wasn’t murder.
In Minnesota it was

Which is part of the problem.

That's the problem.
If you or I held someone down on the ground with a knee in their neck until they died and it was caught on camera we would be arrested immediately.
The MO of the police is to do an investigation first and drag that out until hopefully the public forgets about it.

That won’t stop the looters

I would hope anyone who was able to watch the entire video (and not just the short clips) would be able to unanimously say that the officer’s action was unacceptable. The complains from the past 10 years definitely should not be a factor for this incident, as I’m sure people complain about police all the time because they are upholding the law and not letting people get away with shite. But that full video was hard to watch. Especially when they lifted his lifeless body onto the stretcher.

This dude better hope that autopsy turns up something insane and unexpected or he is super fricked.
I mean he’s going to jail either way, but from what we now right know, that is a textbook definition of what he did to end that man’s life.

Since when do we start arresting cops who torture-murder an unarmed and handcuffed man on the street in broad daylight ?
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
