I’m struggling to understand how the structure can be salvaged if buckling on 21st and 22nd floor
Could be they did something to impact just those two floors.

Nice graphic from the NYT website to illustrate the building layout-

If it collapses, will they allow the feet of a corpse to stick out over the street for weeks on end like NOLA did ?
months on end. I saw them myself 6 months or so afterward
searched it : "The legs of Quinnyon Wimberly, one of the victims of the Hard Rock Hotel collapse, were seen sticking out of the building for several months after the incident, which occurred on October 12, 2019. The body was not recovered until July 2020, nearly ten months later."

Pretty Sure I Won't Follow You For Structural Advice
Floors have not collapsed yet. They are sagging as a result of columns buckling.
Stay in your lane bro

This is insane, you can now see it sagging outside the building and it "continues to move"
What can you even do about it other than clear the area and wait for it to collapse? Surely you can't safely send any humans inside to do any shoring, and there's no way to do it from the outside when it's 5 floors and interior beams? From the photos it looks like it's too far gone to even do anything about if they could, and it's still sagging and moving more and more every second

More similar mayoral leadership.
