Because of Rogan, I'm on the carnivore diet.

Eat just meat, it is the only thing I put inside me.

This makes no sense. There’s no shortage of meat, there’s a shortage of processors. ...who’s gonna magically appear to process all the replacement plant meat?

Bingo. Places like Tyson and Sanderson Farms ended up driving around their local areas and giving chicken away because they couldn't get distributors in to the plants. The meat is there and it will always be there.

Had a facebook friend post this because it was EVERYTHING!!! She's by far one of the most hilarious people to follow..she was a sorority slut at Miami and moved to New York and slowly transformed to the uber liberal. I saw the headline and knew who posted this garbage before I read it

So are you telling me there's absolutely no vegans that hoard food? Because if so I'm calling BS.

The meat supply had to do with hoarding not to do with the actual supply.

Therefore, if everyone ate fake meat products the hoarding would still happen and supply would still be low.

From what I’ve read, humans began eating meat and the volume of that protein is what drove the evolution of the human brain to its elite status and elevated man to the worlds greatest predator. At that time, there were no better options for that kind of protein. That isn’t reality now, but old habits die hard.

I think lowering meat intake is probably in everyone’s best long term interests, for a number of reasons, but I don’t see myself making those sacrifices soon.
