If that's an important societal goal, then I would point to traditional farming practices. There are certainly things we can do, but the practices are there.

I'm guessing yields would be an issue though.

It's been remarkable for me. I've noticed a sharp shift in how a feel, and it was nearly instantaneous.

I don't experience any of that post meal sluggishness.

Do people actually put any credence in what the NY Fishwrap's op-ed page says?
I would speculate that despite tanking numbers, somewhere in the neighborhood of 30% of Americans still do.

Add to it that most broadcast/cable media get their talking points straight from the NYT. This will get parroted all over the media until we can't escape it. Just like the term "new normal" is being repeated daily hundreds of times to where we are hearing it so much we now believe it.

NYT has a definite bias and policy agenda, which others take up and repeat as truth.

I feel like a lot of people are excusing leftist agenda driven garbage writing because it's labeled op-ed.

I mean the NYT chose to print this write up. Did they not? How many op-eds did they have to choose from? Yet they picked and printed this one. For a reason.

Odd that I could purchase wagyu steaks and brisket for this weekend during a massive shortage without issue and at the same market price I did six months ago.

got a 14 lbs prime brisket for $46 at Sam's a couple weeks ago.

Agreed. Definitely still problems to be resolved for yields.

Yeah, I've lost more weight, gained more muscle, and definitely have more energy in general.

Meh, it’s an opinion piece by an author that seems to be focused on this kinda stuff. It’s stupid and he’s wrong but there’s a difference between an opinion piece some outside dude wrote and the NYT itself

That’s a Vegan writing that nonsense.

This is coming from a guy who ate vegan for about 6 months for shits and giggles.
