They didn't clear them all out, there were still 2 tents this morning. Though the area looked much cleaner.

Meanwhile off Tchoup they are setting up duplexes and have a coffee shop and a thriving fentanyl community

California generally has good weather year round. So there sounds good. NY has a large homeless community. Another good option. Why not set up camp in National Forests? See how the federal government handles it.

Yeah it is. I tended to notice the panhandlers around mid city were always white drugged up looking people, not homeless black people.
