They'll probably be relocated to a location less conspicuous then the Superdome. A lot of traffic in that area feeds the CBD and gives access to the interstate.

I met a doctor who works at the Villa Feliciana State hospital. I asked about the patients they treated. They have an entire ward for leprosy patients. I was puzzled, I said it that still a problem? He specifically mentioned the homeless camp in New Orleans on Claiborne. He said its rampant there, and that's the only place that will treat them.
