In England “fig” means cigarette. To “have a fig” means to smoke. “Fagging” is smoking. I’m not sure this guy was trying to be homophobic. I think he was just drunk and trying to smoke his e-cig in peace. The flight attendant probably thought he said “you’re fagging up my honeymoon” when he was probably saying something along the lines of: “I’m just trying to have a fig on my honeymoon”
