Yea, he lost me here. I have a Central Park West sister in law. Conceited arrogance would best describe their attitude towards other non NYers.

They had Tulsi Gabbard who seemed the most sane of all the Democrats but Hilldawg ran her off the Democrat Platform.

I want to stand somewhere and remember that 25 years ago an ordinary day became anything but ordinary.
And ironically, here we are 25 years later, and the people who live there have demonstrated through their political choices that they no longer hold 9/11 in true remembrance.

We miss New York pizza. The swill they serve down here is insulting to both pizza and customers.

I like NY as well. Tons to do and fantastic people watching.

One day I will venture off of Manhattan to explore the other boroughs better.

New Yorkers love to tell everyone how tough they are. It's practically been a cottage industry in the stand-up comedy world for 50 years. It's so much bullshite.

New Yorkers are the biggest collection of spineless pussies on the planet. City Hall tells you what size soda you can drink? Yes, Massa! No outdoor grills are allowed? Whatever you say! They will stand by and watch a woman getting assaulted on the subway and not lift a finger. "I'm not getting involved!" is practically a touchstone of NYC culture. When a former Marine did take matters into his own hands and stop an attack to protect other NYers the city prosecuted him - and not one official responsible for that decision was removed from office. The greatness of NYC is strictly in the minds of the people who reside there.

If 9-11 happened in any other city it wouldn't get the media attention it does now.

New York city just elected a Muslim mayor.

Who has demonstrated that a politician can actually do things to help regular people, as opposed to only his rich donors. He didn’t try to steal $53 million from the library like BRs Republican mayor. He isn’t taking paid vacations w her bodyguard like NO’s Dem mayor. He is doing shite for the people. Get over your idiotic Islamophobia.

It was a great city. In 25 years, unless you are wearing a burqa and submitting to Sharia law, you won't be safe. Import the third world, become the third world.....

It would be even better if hotel prices weren’t so damn high and I could actually take a trip there
