Exactly. Working, commuting, house chores, kids.. not everyone can always make the time for the right choices consistently.

I’m doing mine the hard way, but I am not employed so I have time to meal plan, shop, cook, and work out.

As for people who actually DO work out and track their diet and nutrition, I'd like to know if these boutique drugs can help get rid of the stubborn areas of fat that seems to take forever. I work out, run and incline walk a lot, plus carefully monitor my calories, carbs and protein intake. I would love it if I could continue what I'm doing exercise-wise and just eat what I want.
