You just asked if doctors and nurses could work from home, the answer is yes. There are doctors and nurses that can work from home. I work with tons of nurses who work from home, not all nurses are floor nurses giving direct patient care.

Let's say you have a team of 10. The company will only provide 8 desks.
The assumption is that someone will always be gone for some reason or another. But that's a strong assumption
And you will obviously now have to bring all of your belongings home every night.
And God help you if you get stuck with a desk that was inhabited by a sick slob the previous day.
I strongly dislike working from home for most occasions so I detest this.
so you can potentially get to work from home multiple days a week? sounds like a win

I would get their early enough to get a desk.. If I am running a few minutes behind and I think there is a chance I might not get a desk, I would just stay home.
And when you say all of your belongings, do you have more than what you can put in a laptop back (that also allows you to put paperwork, etc)?
