Will Borrego be the coach vs. Charlotte on Tuesday after we start 0-6? The little optimism shown from the first two games has completely vanished. Another wasted season...

You can't go wrong with Filomena in Georgetown for Italian.

Just got here. It’s not crowded if any LSU fans are looking to get some drinks.

If anyone is looking for some high protein recipes, I've tried several of these and they are all delicious. My go-to is the Cosmic Brownie flavor. His recipes also show you the nutrition breakdown.

I would highly recommend Filomena Ristorante in Georgetown if you like Italian. The food/service was great.

I just switched to this brand a couple months ago as recommended by a friend. I really like it and will continue to buy it. I've only ordered the pure chocolate and double chocolate flavors.

In, Section TDK. I'm curious to see how the tailgaiting scene is for Gameday.
Also, kudos to the young kid standing behind the catcher umpiring when Meyer was warming up in the pen.

I just went during Mardi Gras for the first time with my wife. We stayed at the Andrew Pickney Inn, which was in a great location. It was walkable to most things that we did.

First day we grabbed lunch at Ruru's Tacos and Tequila then walked around doing all the sight seeing (City Market, Waterfront/Pineapple Fountain, Battery Row, King St and Broad Street)

Second day we grabbed a late brunch at Miller's All Day, hit some bars (Griffin, Vendue Rooftop, Market Pavilion Rooftop bar) and ate at Hank's Seafood for dinner.

Third day we went to Mt. Pleasant/Shem Creek and then Ubered over to Sullivan's Island and ate at Poe's Tavern. Later that night we ate at Hall's Chophouse.

The final day we ate lunch at Blind Tiger Pub before we left.

If you are staying in St. Thomas, I'd suggest staying closer to Red Hook (east side) so it's easier to get to the ferry to get to St. John. We spent the majority of our time and enjoyed St. John much more than St. Thomas. A day trip to Magen's Bay is a must. I'd also recommend the beaches on the western side of St. John (Truck Bay, Honeymoon Beach, etc.)

Leaving Mardi Gras day with the wife and spending 3 days in Charleston. Thanks for the recommendations. The only reservation we have is Hall's on Thursday night. What is the usual wait for some of these restaurants that do not allow reservations (such as 167 Raw) for dinner during the middle of the week?

It's been 11 years since I've been so I'm not sure how much has changed, but Magen's Bay is worth a day trip and was the best beach we visited. We stayed in Red Hook and spent most of our time in St. John. The ferry ride over is easy but make sure you don't miss the last one coming back to St. Thomas. Trunk Bay had some decent snorkeling. Cruz Bay in St. John has a couple nice bars overlooking the water. Duffy's Love Shack was a fun bar in St. Thomas with good vibes. Another fun spot a local took us to in St. John was Woody's Seafood Saloon. Overall, it was a great trip (we went for Spring Break at LSU) but I've been wanting to go back.

ETA: If I could do it again, I would stay in St. John and visit BVI. I didn't have a passport at the time.
