Back in the day Edmondston first drew attention as Nick Saban's bodyguard. He'd travel to games with the team, etc. Its s really cush job, and I'm thinking you have to know someone to get that gig.
I was surprised; however, when not long after that he became head of the LSP.
He must really have been connected, and apparently he wasn't monitored very well and was left to do his own thing.
How did this happen? No one watched him?

He needs to go to PRISON, as do his underlings who falsify payroll hours. This entire state is chock full of corrupt people. It's unbelievable.

Escorting the football coaches wasn't his only duty.
He was the Chief Public Information Officer for a long time too. That job put him in a good position to get to know a lot of people.
Edmonson was on camera a lot as Superintendent because he liked being on camera, he didn't have to be.
