and when the next gas tax is shot down, they have no one to blame but themselves for shitty roads. DOTD is fricking broke. Period.

That may be true, but DOTD will still find a way to waste at least 20-30% of that money on everything but infrastructure. It's what this state does best.

Having a couple of state troopers at $50k/yr (at minimum) each to continually act as chauffeurs and bodyguards to escort your wife around doesn't sound like a life of luxury?

She's pretty good looking. Was a year behind me in high school.

Not his kid though.

His son has the same name, believe he works for a senator.

Mike Edmonson was a great representative for Louisiana during the Lafayette shooting, Alton Sterling incident, and a few others events I am forgetting. He was all over the national media and handled each situation very well. I want to remind people that before people call for his head.

Wait! He did the job he was being (well) paid to do so therefore he should get a pass on significant malfeasance and theft? Hell no. This isn’t just walking out on lunches from the state police cafeteria (I will give him a pass on that) this is so, so much more.

That's the truth and even more reason that I hate seeing all of this.

I think there is zero question Mike liked getting on TV. He really loves him some Mike. Guy is and always has been about himself FWIW, I have known him professionally since he was a Sergeant at LSP.

If it wasn’t for EWE, Trina would never signed up on TD.

So Eddie gave us Trina.

Hey Trina, I know you’re reading this thread.

Nah. Most troopers not in his inner circle dislike him and want him prosecuted.

The crazy thing about all this bullshite is all state employees have to take yearly certifications in things like sexual harassment in the work place, ethics training which includes lots of info on what is allowed and dis-allowed. He knew every single wrong before he did it from day one. So he retired with full benefits for life and will get a slap on the back of the hand. It should be set up that any maleficence's in office causes loss of all retirement. Then you would see a lot more public servants doing the right thing.

He and Burl Cain will have a wing of prison together like Paulie from Goodfellas, just cooking spaghetti and hanging out.

Great. I've been reminded. Now, give me his fricking head, you low expectation having motherfricker. People like you and that mindset is EXACTLY the reason these jackasses get away with shite like this and this state is perennially in the fricking hole and a laughing stock.
