I called goodwill. They showed up at a scheduled time and loaded up the stuff I didn’t want anymore. They even offered a tax receipt. I recommend.

I'll never do one again. We had ours set for a Saturday, but started setting up Friday afternoon and frickers still managed to come up the driveway and out of NOWHERE and start buying stuff then.

I had one garage sale and will never do it again. It was nice making $400 or so when I was younger and needed the money.
If you ever want to meet some strange and stupid people, having a sale is a way to make that happen no doubt

The idea of selling shite I don't want anymore and pricing it to practically give it away. Only for some mouth breather to try to talk you down from 25 cents on an item, is a version of Hell I don't want to experience again. Just put your shite on the side of the road and let the great unwashed haul your shite away.
