My initial thought is it won’t likely work, but I’m for a (very) controlled research study to see. There’s nothing to lose by studying this behavior. If it doesn’t work, move on to another method. Pretending like it doesn’t exist and being strictly reactive as opposed to proactive is not the solution either.

The problem is pedophilia isn’t a crime. But sex with a minor is.
The question is what to do with pedophiles who have the ability to restrain themselves. But when the subject is so taboo and people with the mindset of a lot of people on this thread (i.e. “frick all of them” “kill them”) then we can’t research it, discover what causes it or figure out if something like these dolls would actually help.
The mindset of “just kill them” and just having pedophilia thoughts is exactly how radical Muslims treat homosexuality.
