NBA Players to Wear Lace Collars in Honor of RBG

LOS ANGELES, CA—NBA players are honoring the life of Ruth Bader Ginsburg this week by wearing pretty lace collars just like Notorious RBG used to wear. In a touching show of respect for the late Justice Ginsburg, and in solidarity with her progressive cause, Lebron James and the LA Lakers took to the court yesterday wearing a stunning variety of delicate white collars inspired by RBG's wardrobe.
Power forward Anthony Davis also expressed his happiness with the collars. "It's good to honor her today with these lacey things. Commissioner Adam Silver and President Xi Jinping told us to wear them so we did. I just took this little doily thing from under a table lamp at my mom's house and cut a hole in the middle. Easy."

Probably not the first time Lebron has worn that

Wouldn’t that just show their ignorance? The lady that will be known forever as the baby killing judge, and allowed them to plug abortion clinics on every street corner in black communities, and they honor her. The only reason would be OMB.

LeBron has such a punchable face.
Imagine getting tens of millions to throw a ball around and thinking you are “oppressed”

I’m sure OP is aware. He’ll still get at least a handful on the hook. Which is both hilarious and terribly depressing at the same time.

What will they wear when Clarence Thomas dies?

Really cool way for them to show their support, I'll do the same to my court appointment in solidarity with them

The saddest part is that we can never tell what is true or fake.

This is just a weird crossover.
Never thought I’d see the NBA honor a Supreme Court justice.
I’m not trying to decry it, it just makes me turn my head.
ETA: Goddamit the Bee got me.
