And after seeing it was attached to the garage bay door, then using context clues, how could you still come to the conclusion that someone had placed a noose in your garage as some form of intimidation or whatever?
This is all so ridiculous.

NASCAR president Steve Phelps says NASCAR conducted a "thorough sweep of all 29 tracks where they race, and 1684 garage stalls, they found only 11 total ropes that had a pulldown rope tied in a knot, and just one noose: The one in Bubba Wallace garage."

Well, you are wrong. The knot at the top keeps it from sliding like a noose.
I have tied many noose’s and they looked just like that.
We used to play cowboys and Indians when we were kids. We needed a noose to hang the cattle rustlers.
Never even occurred to us to hang a black person or Indian.
We watched a lot of Gunsmoke,Rawhide and Clint Eastwood movies.

Ok, I’ll bite. If this is true (despite video evidence showing it is bullshite) why did they put the only black driver in nascar in the one stall that has had a “noose” since last year?

Bubba said in an interview it was non functional, so no it doesn't slide. The knot is made to be a fixed sized loop and not a functional noose.
