According to their Press release
This was the only bay out of all the tracks that had a “noose” pull down. But they admit that it’s been there since October of last year.

That’s not a hangman’s noose. I’ve tied those—not for anything nefarious but I’ve tied them—and that’s not a frigging noose. The end of the rope is looped around the whole thing, so it’s just a pull string. The “noose” will not tighten. Also, a real noose has 13 loops, or so I’ve heard.

Nope, an OH-ficial hangmans noose has 13 loops. Was told that by a friend...I certainly never made one, they're evil. (joke)

Clearly someone last year thought they were being cute when they wanted to add a loop for the pull down. 
Obviously it's tied to look like a noose. No one's going to make a loop for a pull down look like that unintentionally. Someone just had too much time on their hands and clearly it wasn't directed at this cry baby.

They could have used a different design for just pulling a door down.... but what about the black guy in Baton Rouge who had just killed one person and then went to hideout in another house and ambushed two white cops in the back yard and killed one of them. Why aren’t we hearing any outrage for that????????
