Ok, I’ll bite. If this is true (despite video evidence showing it is bullshite) why did they put the only black driver in nascar in the one stall that has had a “noose” since last year?

Dude...you REALLY believe this bullshite? The video evidence shows that other spots had loops. It was there since last year. The FBI said it wasn’t a noose.
But somehow a clairvoyant would know that a driver most people hadn’t heard of a week ago would be in that stall and tied a noose?

Well, that video is also from October of last year. It's possible some of those other knots were removed or untied.
But the statement also said they found 11 bays with loops tied in the rope, but doesn't specify which tracks those were at. It says the only that was tied in the fashion in the pic was in Wallace's garage.
I'm glad it wasn't a noose targeted at him. Looking at the pic though, I can see how it was mistaken for a noose. That was the only point of this thread. It was an honest mistake with a lot of unfortunate fallout.

Looks close enough to a noose that I could see confusion. Operation of the noose is secondary.
Think someone should have noticed the rest of the garage pulls looking similar and slowing this down before it got that big.
