Somebody had an offer code with NectarCasperPurple. He’s banking on the Jefferson Parish sanitation brothas picking them up tomorrow.

First of all, that is trashy AF.

Second of all, I got $50 that says they will still be sitting there a week from now.

fricking people.

Yep. I have private trash pickup. I just called Waste Management the day before and they came by and picked a mattress and box spring up from the driveway. No extra cost.

Sorry you live in a poor neighborhood that doesn't get people driving through and going through the "trash" to find stuff to resell.

At least he waited until garbage day. JP has picked up an old box spring from me. This isn’t OP.

Too bad you don’t live in Gardere. I saw several kids doing flips on curb mattresses there one day.

They don't pick up stuff like that where you live? You can put out a refrigerator or mattress in BR and they'll pick it up. Only once per week though.

That would be more prevalent in a poor neighborhood.

If it’s still there Saturday for garbage to pick up I will be shocked

Nope. The poor people go to the nice neighborhoods to get the good "trash"

About a year ago I put out a bunch of busted lawn equipment (had hand-me-down lawnmowers and an edger that went to shite) and it was gone in 30 minutes

Yeah but they get anything they think is useful in their own neighborhood.

Flip them over to make sure there aren't blood stains on them.
Domestic murderers often change out the mattress after a gruesome murder of a spouse.
Or so I've read

I'll fade that. How long have you lived in JP? They are great. If tomorrow is your pick up day they will be gone tomorrow. If he had called the Parish this morning they would have been gone this afternoon.
