My neighbor installed a port-o-let right next to our common fence.

Last summer he had one in his driveway for 4 months while he got his whole interior remodeled. I can only assume he is about to do some work in the back (maybe install a pool?) but it is not far from my patio and will stink to high heaven in the heat. Plus it's unsightly.

If it's cleaned and serviced properly it won't stink that bad or at all. The company that services some of our plants has a guy that cleans it better than I do my own bathroom. On the other hand, we have a location with a different company and that shitter smells like a dead body.

What if you're neighbor just wants to shite in peace away from the rest of the household?
