Exactly! My neighbors on both sides are great. We interact, feed each others pets when out of town etc., and I know 10% of what they do or not do or like or not like compared to this story.

She has anxiety because she is nearing her end. She stirs up the trouble in order to still feel relevant to others around her. Lastly, she is a woman, and they tend to do a pretty good job of fricking up things when there is no logic from a man to check their bullshite.
If the same type of behavior took place 50 years ago before menopause kicked in, I could see her being a sociopath. If not, it's just accumulated self-destructive behavior.
