shite. I should have known better. If his old lady got sober she should have some resources to help him. Have you talked to her about what a problem the guy has become when she isn’t around? Unfortunately with someone like that he probably won’t be bothering you for too long.

Seriously though, I don't really see any good solutions. Try talking to the neighbor lady is the first thing to try. Then going to the cops is the only other reasonable thing to do. Maybe if they get some kind of paper trail then legal action can eventually be taken. Maybe you can look into a restraining order? I don't know how those things work.

Build an obstacle course in your yard. If he can make it through the traps and get to your door he earns the money. Each day he makes it through increase the difficulty. Video this and put it on YouTube. Profit.

Tell him you aren't "giving" him any money. Ask him what he can come up with in trade for the money. He starts stealing his girlfriends things to trade you for booze money and that should be a final straw for her to dump his arse.
