Stronger now than in college. Can do 225 x 7-9 depending.

That equates to a 280-297 max but no way I would subject my shoulders to that as a mid 50s guy.

455 raw a few years ago

Never used a bench shirt

After 1 shoulder surgery and a torn labrum in the other, I don't do heavy barbell bench anymore

235? I think. Was 6 or 7 years ago, when I played college tennis and was in top shape.

340, my senior year of med school, at 175 lbs. Always wanted to get twice my body weight. But if I dropped 5 lbs of weight, I lost 10 on bench. If I gained some, it didn't help at all.

About 350.

I'm not even being funny. That was my max when I quit playing ball in college.

Including your weight with your bench press means nothing when you're a 5'10" manlet with t-rex arms.

You’re either misinformed about your squat numbers or lying. A female squatting 500+ pounds at a body weight of 125 would be a world record.

Im really trying to remember - I don’t have my info anymore - i maxed out at 5something - multiple reps I consistently did 350 - maybe I weighed more?? I was a sophomore in high school - so it’s been a while
