Are you going to pull the classic title change trick here?

305 lbs is where I'm at now and the most I've ever done

At my peak I was a rail thin 175. I don't know if I ever even made it to 150, but I'm 6-4 with long arms.

Bench press was invented for cinder block bodies with short arms and so fat guys could feel more confident.

455 three years ago. Tore my medial tricep the next year doing seating rows. Fully recovered now and I'm back to 405.

You’re either misinformed about your squat numbers or lying. A female squatting 500+ pounds at a body weight of 125 would be a world record.

Pull Ups - Most You’ve Ever Bench Pressed

Where the hell are you guys finding 300+ pull ups? We get the big box at Costco and it only has like 80 in it... it is pretty heavy though

Any guess on what time the thread title is getting changed to something like "youngest something something and fattest girl you've banged"? Noon or later?

This and with no shirt. Probably about 10 years ago so early 40's. I have never been a huge bench guy. I like DB stuff for chest mostly so never really flat benched but I was getting 405 for reps so decided to start working my way up for a few months. Would sneak a 10, then a 10 and a 5, and then 2 10's per side on to 405 every week. Finally hit 4 wheels and a 25 and said I am good.

Same here 275 max, 225 10 rep. Never could do more than that no matter what I did.
