I knew an ex Catholic Priest who years ago said much the same thing. He said the problem of homosexuals in the Catholic Church was even more acute in the American Church and the Seminary than in Europe (Rome) which was an open secret. I remember him saying McCarrick was more of a norm in the Church than celibate straight guys....in fact the straight guys were marginalized and pushed to the periphery.

This morning on the news, they were interviewing people waiting in the line to view the pope. The reporter asked "what would you like to see in the new pope." The lady responded with some pleasantries, and then added "and fix the stuff with kids." lol

Well, no shite. Execs in this religion have been covering up the pedophelia for decades. This shouldn't surprise anyone that pays attention.

Unfortunately, no. The college of Cardinals is a huge gay cabal. The few cardinals out in the field who are at constant odds with the Vatican are at odds for this very reason.

Crazy to hear this. I grew up with 2 boys that went to be a priest. They are kin to my wife's side. Also knew the local priest well that married my wife and I. Another much older priest in the area I grew up in from 60s. All 4 were gay. The priest that married us died of AIDS. The other 2 when visiting back home to southern LA makes a bee-line to Bourbon Street to party. They even had family members drop them off-pick them up in the ghey bar sceen ares. The oldest one had his name listed in the arch diocese list of bad priest that got caught. I hate to admit that many cardinals could be ghey but just the sample size I know looks bad.
