I don't think I have seen greater body insecurity from a male on this board.

Maybe my standards have lowered as I’ve aged but a dad bod is fixable but being an a-hole, not so much. Kindness and confidence are very attractive in a guy.

This may have something to do with the fact that a lot of guys who are working their butts off to have plenty of money dont get to the gym every day, but do get there a few days a week.

Dad bod is the natural state for people in their 40s and older who are busy with life and can't get to the gym routinely.
