My dad is 70. He rides his bike 7-8 miles per day but definitely has a dad bod.

I know an 80 year old guy who still climbs mountains around here. He's one impressive dude.

In general, staying active takes care of physique and the strength. People weren't fat 40 years ago and they rarely worked out.
