Yeah, at this point it's pretty ironic to try to slam anyone else for that.

As Lt.Gov is there really anything he can do? He also may have been to busy negotiating oil deals with Iraq.

I dont think most people realize how difficult it's going to be to remove Lee.

First you have to remove all the street car cables to get the machines close enough

Ray was just a buffoon and a crook, he didn't cause civil unrest and put the community at each others throats.

Ray was all right until Katrina knocked the screws loose in his head. His mental state never recovered.

You might want to do some research...

Not much he can do at his position, but going to the big boss is something.

Easily. Ray lost it after Katrina, but before that he wasn't an awful mayor. I'd take pre-Katrina Ray over Mitch all day, every day. Depending on the day, I'd probably take post-Katrina Ray. At the very least, they're close to being a toss up.

As if City Park doesn't look shitting enough already, it's now going to have an empty, deteriorating statue base standing at it's entrance.

I never thought about that. Though I know they have large cranes that can drive under a 13' restriction, but I don't know how high the cables are.

Got to cut power to the street car. I think it uses a 600 V DC system.

Then you have to remove the cables and maybe some poles.
They would likely have to demo that entire park area too because the crane and equipment is going to ruin the grassy areas.
