Is the real monkey hill, the hill in the zoo or the hill in city park? I get them mixed up. I know the one in city park is taller.

Meeting people at bars is so 2005. It’s all about the dating and social media apps these days.

What app serves you bourbon?

Had to look up where this bar is. Thought it was a new bar at the zoo at first.

She’s pissed at Nyx too because they had their ball in Biloxi with 50 people and she’s asking them to quarantine. Which I don’t understand because with the current restrictions in Nola, you could technically have a party with 50 (25% capacity of 200).

Yep.
Nola has one of the lowest positivity rates in the country and the fearless leader decided to keep kids out of school for the month of January.

I also know of a guy who runs a catering company. He was contacted to do a crawfish boil in Nola for some folks(I'm assuming at a park or something like that) and they city said they wouldn't allow it as gatherings such as that are still not approved.

I’m still shocked by the amount of people willing to give up all freedom for this virus that kills less than 1% of our population while the government panders to big pharma.

It's creating some serious issues. If I were in college, I'd take a semester off rather than do the sequestered online bullshite.

Meanwhile, DC, Chicago, and Cali lift their inside dining bans after our deadliest day.

Can't make this shite up. Please save your faux outrage.

There was some neighborhood controversy 10 years ago or so when the owner opened an attached restaurant. The restaurant eventually folded and now it's just event space. It made local news.

That bar has been at war with the neighbors ever since it moved there as AT II's from the original Audubon Tavern location, which itself was at war with its then neighbors.

I remember the bar was called Sticky Fingers in the interim period between AT II's and Monkey Hill. Also, Monkey Hill was hit by the masked bandits who robbed Patois about 5 years ago.
