The fine isn't the problem, the problem is in Orleans Parish the Parish threatens to revoke both your liquor and occupational. A lot of these bars are non conforming use zoned. If they pull your occupational you may never get it back and lose your business because you aren't zoned to be there you are grandfathered in. In Jefferson Parish the state/ATC are the only people enforcing anything. So if ATC pulls ur license you go up there eat shite and pay fine and go back to business. In Jefferson the Parish isn't enforcing anything. Orleans sends out both the NoPD and Code Enforcement to make your life a living hell.

Meanwhile, I would love to see friday and saturday night crowd photos from the NOLA black neighborhood bars that have no doubt remained packed with unmasked people through this whole plandemic with absolute zero press coverage or controversy. Not to mention the large neighborhood street gatherings that have continued with no crackdown from Latoya. She ain't gone do nuffin' to her voter base.
