There was evidence of the SA but it wasn’t allowed at the second trial because the judge didn’t want another hung jury.

Back then there was a different view on SA of boys. People didn’t really think that happened when we now know it’s very prevalent.

And there is additional evidence as one of the band members that the dad managed recently came forward saying the dad abused him too.

Many family members are in support of them being released including the mom’s sister so I think that speaks volumes.
