Apparently doctors are doing it. I would say that she is going with the "child abuse" charges against the father to get his parental rights taken away. Then well i'm guessing it's up the law on whether or not a Dr can do it.

This is some BS right here and you can see exactly where this is going...this is an end around run to open up cesspools like pedophilia. So now kids can make sexuality based decisions and then the filth moves it to more robust decisions of sexuality then is just goes to Hades from there. I don’t know final decisions, but just being in Texas doesn’t mean you cannot find leftist judges. Judge is in Dallas county and a Democrat.
