Why does this law need part C when it’s clear it’s about a principal and/or accessory to the specific crime in video? C would make more sense if law made it illegal for anyone to post video of crimes for notoriety or publicity regardless of being a principal or accessory (which is closer to how law is incorrectly described in FB post by police). It would also make sense it it was written to apply to principal or accessory not being charged when transferring image in those situations, but it is written more about people not being charged who wouldn’t be charged in first place.

Also, I had wondered if they were going after her kid as an accessory to the battery as I know kids like to tell friends to film them about to hit someone, but that still would not justify arresting her based on violating this particular law.
