I think there’s something fishy to this. People seem to never be charged with this but I see instances all the time where they could be. This law needs to be reviewed at the LA Supreme Court level asap. Clear violation of 1st Amendment. Trashy or not.

(Not sure on Louisiana law) but usually, you cannot be charged as an accessory to crime for which is designed to protect a certain class of people. Assuming the statute is designed to prevent bullying / flights and the exploitation of such.
