if this charge sticks, every shop owner who is robbed at gunpoint and then looks at the video from his security camera is guilty. every cop who ever transfers his body cam footage of a crime to anything via an internet connection guilty.

Looks like she'll get her 72hr hearing tomorrow at 1pm. Should be able to post bond after that. It's also possible the judge could toss it, but that's unlikely.
