Not a big investment in the grand scheme of things, but good for Tennessee nonetheless.

Middle Tennessee is turning into Detroit South.

Nah, for better or worse, so is Alabama. With the new Toyota-Mazda joint plant being built, that brings the total to 4 auto assembly plants in the state, along with the probably hundred or so statewide suppliers.

I’m still shocked Chevron hasn’t left the East Bay for Houston.

OK. Now let's put tech back into the picture. California is still an economic juggernaut and that's not changing anytime soon.

Not really because the Tennessee Valley loves their own version of socialism. It won’t be long before you can get a 4 year degree at a public university here on the public dime, we already have that for 2 years at community colleges.

Tennessee has some very blue qualities for a very red state.

This should a concern moving forward. With more people moving out of New York and California, they may be looking for something better economically, but they are taking their blue-state mentality with them.

Although not part of the Mitsubishi Motors division I guess, I'm a big fan of their new Space Jet for regional airline service.

I like the Airbus A220 too. I hope Delta will fly it out of BR.

It is a corporate HQ. It won't involve a ton of people moving into the area.

Basically a new tenant in an office park somewhere.

That is really becoming a niche for Williamson County area. We are focused on that type of growth for our county. There are a couple more corporate HQ's and divisions coming that are still under the table, but its pretty exciting to see the vision for my hometown coming to fruition.

We already outpace Plano in median income and median home value. Plano needs to turn into us.

But yeah, very similar growth in both areas

I never have a problem with it. Try taking old Natchez to Bellevue and take 40 in. Always smooth sailing.
