There was a young guy from, I think Chicago area, a new long haul truck driver. He made his stop in NC and then was on camera at Walmart buying a fricken rope. He then was on camera emptying his pockets and gave everything $200+ to a homeless guy at the Walmart exit. He then drove to a wooded area and parked on the shoulder. A nearby business had video showing him get out of the truck alone and walk into the woods.
I stumbled upon a YouTube channel whit some activist live streaming about the story. He was very upset. He was getting constant donations and comments from people that were in 100% agreement with his theory.
His theory was that the KKK killed the truck driver.

I'm a damn good swimmer and I don't know what these are
I learned both of these strokes in Beginner swim class at the public pool in Anderson Island way back in the early 60s

what happened was he wondered away from the boat and there was probably 100 other boats there or more. Tried to make some new friends or tried to teach himself to swim or both. The friends weren't concerned where he went it's not their job to babysit him or run his life for him. He sank, and when it was time to leave, the friends thought he rode back with a new friend when they couldn't find him and thought he'd call from someone else's phone since he left his on their boat.
