Misophonia: What Sounds Drive You Crazy?

Other than nails on a chalboard. Someone using a highlighter or marker on paper drives me crazy.
Misophonia, also known as selective sound sensitivity syndrome, starts with a trigger. It’s often an oral sound -- the noise someone makes when they eat, breathe, chew, yawn, or whistle. Sometimes a small repetitive motion is the cause -- someone fidgets, jostles you, or wiggles their foot.

Yawning or eating while on the phone with me is a big one.
Eating in person, I need background noise. My parents sit down for meals with no music or TV or anything on. It kills me.
I also hate people slurping their coffee. My mom slurps it even when it isn’t too hot anymore.

styrofoam rubbing on something else styrofoam.
the worst is if you get a salad to go at like chimes or something and they dont mix the dressing in the lettuce for you so you have to mix lettuce in styrofoam. bugs me out
